Laptops are computers that are small in size, and easy to lug around. They differ from Desktop machines in that they are manufactured so that the keyboard and the mouse are incorporated in the body of the laptop. Cheap laptop computers have lower prices and are therefore more affordable. The cover has the LCD screen or monitor built right into it. They have a notebook like design and can be held on the lap easily while typing or surfing hence the name. Laptop computers are also referred to as notebook computers.
